"HWD," "Historical WHOIS Database," our logos, and other marks are trademarks of HWD. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HWD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HWD and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HWD regarding our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
